Palm oil milling process:
FFB–Sterilizing–Threshing–Pressing–Clarifying–Crude palm oil
Sterilizing
Sterilizing section is mainly to prevent enzymes increasing, because palm fruit goes bad easily if they are not processed within 48 hours.
Threshing
Separate palm fruit from palm fruit bunches.
Pressing
Use double screw palm oil press for mechanical pressing. After pressing we can get crude palm oil and palm nut with fiber.
Clarifying
Clarifying section is mainly for removing some settlements and impurities
