Physical Refining: Degumming, bleaching, deodorization. Optimized for high-FFA crude palm oil, producing RBD palm oil with valuable PFAD by-product.
Dry Fractionation: Separates RBD oil into high-value palm olein (cooking oil) and palm stearin (industrial fats).
The fully continuous design ensures stable quality, low energy consumption, and maximized throughput. Fractionation enables the client to capture premium value from both product streams. The line has been running steadily with local operators since commissioning.
